OTIS -- In a back-and-forth ball game, Otis-Bison came up with a defensive stop late in the game to seal the victory. Otis-Bison's win eliminated Sylvan-Lucas from playoff contention by the points tiebreaker. Dighton, which was up 37 points in the district after Thursday's blowout win against Ransom-Western Plains, gets the playoff nod, despite the loss to Sylvan-Lucas last week. Otis-Bison ended up fourth in the district and plus-2 points. Victoria, the district champion earned a forfeit win in its finale Thursday against Wilson.

Kale Urban and Kade Urban combined for 151 rushing yards in Thursday's win for Otis-Bison, and each scored two rushing touchdowns. Kade Urban completed 6 of 8 passes for 74 yards. Collin Herold completed 11 of 24 passes for 202 yards and three TDs for Sylvan-Lucas. Nick Lawson caught 5 balls for 118 yards and a score, while Kelvin Lopez caught four for 89 yards and two TDs.

ATWOOD --  In a district championship matchup, Hoxie earned the win and will get a home game Tuesday in the first round of the Eight-Man Division I playoffs. Connor Katt rushed 20 times for 165 yards and four TDs for the Indians, who will host Spearville (8-1) in the first round. Chase Kennedy added 19 carries for 163 yards and two TDs, and completed 9 of 11 passes for 82 yards and a score. Rawlins County, which will travel to Jetmore-Hodgeman County, hadn't allowed more than 22 points in its previous eight games. Michael Capo finished with 14 carries for 128 yards and a touchdown. Dylan Tiemeyer carried 14 times for 47 yards and two scores, and completed one pass.

STOCKTON -- Despite not being eligible for the postseason, Logan-Palco still picked up three wins in their district schedule, capping it with Thursday's blowout win. Logan-Palco will enter Eight-Man Division I next season. Stockton won its season opener against Hill City, but lost eight straight.

McMillen threw three touchdown passes and had a 35-yard TD run. Deric McKeever had eight carries for 45 yards and completed 5 of 15 passes for 107 yards. Ethan Gansel caught three passes for 52 yards for the Ringnecks.

OSBORNE -- The Osborne Bulldogs, the No. 1 ranked team in Eight-Man Division I in the statewide media poll, rolled again. Kenton Ubelaker led Osborne, eight-man's highest-scoring offense, with eight carries for 143 yards and two scores, while Maverick LeRock added eight carries for 136 yards and four TDs. Osborne plays host to last year's state runner-up Madison/Hammilton (8-1) in Tuesday's first round.
