Hays planning commission to meet

The Hays Area Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at city hall.

Agenda items include:

* City/county commission action and planning and development updates.

* Public hearing for change of zoning classification for Tallgrass Second Addition.

* Final plat of Golden Belt Eighth Addition and Castle Estates.

* Smart Growth Assistance update.

* Comprehensive plan update -- zoning regulations review and recommendations.
