Tiger tennis goes 1-2 in Colorado

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. --  The Fort Hays State University tennis team went 1-2 in season-opening matches during the weekend.

The Tigers lost 9-0 to Texas-Permian Basin and Air Force and defeated CSU-Pueblo 5-4. In the Pueblo victory, Michelle Miller earned a 10-8 victory in the third set at No. 3 singles to clinch the match.

FHSU also won matches at No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4 singles with Camille Caron-Bedard, Brittney Ricci and Reinette Strydom. As well, the Tigers won at No. 2 doubles.
