Thomas County man eludes arrest Wednesday
COLBY -- A man wanted on several misdemeanor arrest warrants eluded the Colby Police Department twice Wednesday afternoon in the northwest part of the city.
The man, believed to be Brandon Parson, ran from an officer, Colby police said in a statement.
He is not considered armed and dangerous, according to a press release from Colby Police Chief Ron Alexander.
Parson, 22, has active misdemeanor arrest warrants in Thomas County. He is described as African-American, 6-feet tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds.
The Colby Police Department was assisted by the Kansas Highway Patrol and Thomas County Sheriff's Department.
