Former Lumineers member performing at Gella's
Maxwell Hughes, former member of the Lumineers and Grammy-nominated songwriter, is set to perform from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. Thursday at Gella's Diner and Lb. Brewing Co.
Hughes is best known for his work with the Lumineers, but he also is recognized for supporting Imagine Dragons, the Head and the Heart, Langhorn Slim and Paperbird. He also has produced two solo albums and is working on his third, drawing inspiration from rap, electronic and video game music.
According to Jeremiah Caleb Fraites of the Lumineers, "Maxwell Hughes is the Joe Dimaggio of baseball, the Wayne Gretzky of hockey and I fully endorse and support this man and his music."
The concert is free to attend, but no one younger than 18 will be admitted.
