GRAND ISLAND, Neb. -- Bosselman Energy Inc. today announced the completion of an asset acquisition of Schreiner's Inc.'s propane business in WaKeeney to expand its commercial propane and transportation business.

It will be Bosselman Energy's third acquisition in Kansas in the past four months.

The acquisition will help Bosselman Energy expand their footprint into Kansas. Schreiner Inc. sells approximately 1.7 million gallons of propane annually.

Bosselman Energy recently completed an acquisition of Turnbull Oil in Plainville and Basinger Inc. in Utica in October. Combined, the three companies sell approximately 5 million gallons of refined fuels and 6.2 million gallons of propane annually and will operate as Bosselman Energy.

"The acquisition fits our strategy of growth into the Kansas market.  We are very happy to welcome Schreiner to our team," said Fred Bosselman, CEO of Bosselman Energy.
