NOTICE TO CREDITORS
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified George A. Unrein, trustee of the George A. Unrein Revocable Trust Dated September 15, 2000, is deceased and that the successor trustees are Jane Marie Geist and JoAnn Wasinger and by virtue of the terms of said revocable trust that they are the trustees of all of the assets of said trust. That George A. Unrein, the deceased trustee died on May 14, 2013, being a resident of Ellis County, Kansas, residing at 3009 Sherman Avenue, Hays, Kansas, 67601. That the George A. Unrein Revocable Trust Dated September 15, 2000, by virtue of the terms thereof is continuing in full force and effect as of the date of this notice and which said decedent had a property interest prior to the date of his death from which the debts of said decedent may be paid upon receipt of proper proof thereof. All of such creditors are notified to exhibit their demands against the trust estate directed to the undersigned at 111 West 13th Street, Hays, Kansas, 67601, within four months of the date of the first publication of this notice as provided by law, pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 58a-818 of the Kansas Uniform Trust Code and if their demands are not thus exhibited they shall be forever barred.
Further notice is give to known creditors, who have been notified directly of said death and after receipt of said written notice shall present their claim in writing properly verified to Dreiling, Bieker & Hoffman LLP, 111 West 13th Street, Hays, Kansas, 67601, for the trustees of the George A. Unrein Revocable Trust Dated September 15, 2000, at 111 West 13th Street, Hays, Kansas, 67601, and failure to do so after expiration of thirty days will be barred. Take notice of said publication and judge yourself accordingly.
