NOTICE TO CREDITORS

K.S.A. 58a-818

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:

You are hereby notified that Helen R. Weilert died on December 15, 2013. The decedent was one of the Grantors of the Lawrence J. Weilert, Sr., and Helen R. Weilert Living Trust Agreement dated February 6, 2002. Frederick L. Weilert and and Gregory Bruce Weilert are the successor trustees. The successor trustees have the power to pay outstanding debts of the decedent from the trust property upon receipt of proper proof of the debts. In accordance with K.S.A. 58a-818, creditors of the decedent must present claims for such debts to the trustees in writing within the later of three (3) months from the date of the first publication of notice, or thirty (30) days after receipt of actual notice if the identity of the creditor is known or reasonably ascertainable by the trustees. If creditors fail to present such claims to the trustees within such prescribed time periods, the creditor will be forever barred as against the trustees and the trust property.
